At Marissa Makes It Yours LLC, we are dedicated to connecting long term Baltimore renters to opportunities where they can own property and build equity. Sometimes, the simplest solution is sharing knowledge.
In addition, we work with non-profits to facilitate housing opportunities for returning citizens. If eligible, we can connect you to one of our affiliated non-profit programs in which there may be opportunity for supportive housing. These programs help residents build credit, learn homeownership maintenance and management skills, and pave the path towards owning a home (and building equity!).

A New York native, Marissa moved to Baltimore, MD in 2021 to pursue her career in structural renovations. With her BS in Architectural Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship, she has been focused on problem solving and critical thinking in both her personal and professional life. After buying and renting her first purchased property,

After buying and renting her first purchased property, she fine tuned her passion for property management and providing quality spaces for tenants. Marissa and her team provide thoughtful, custom coverage and peace of mind for both owners and tenants. Buying a property, especially to set up as a rental, can be hard - she's here to help you realize that you *can* do it, and build equity while you're at it!
